Build your confidence, unpack the beliefs that are holding you back, and explore what’s important to you right now.
Together, we will explore the changes you want to make in your life and set actionable goals to help you achieve them. The sessions are personal to you but may cover your values and what makes you feel happy and fulfilled; qualities you feel are missing from your everyday experience and how to embrace them; crossroad moments and difficult decisions; and unpacking learned and habitual behaviours to create change.
I will support you with empathy and encouragement, with check-ins via email or app between our sessions to help you maintain momentum.
